Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Jacinta has been an active part of the evolution of Caraniche’s EAP services in Australia. She has extensive experience developing and delivering psychological programs, and is attuned to the changing needs of workplaces across Australia. Jacinta also has extensive expertise in forensic substance abuse treatment and correctional systems. As the Managing Director of Caraniche for the past decade, Jacinta has raised Caraniche’s profile as a pre-eminent psychology and workplace wellbeing company.
Amanda has spent over a decade helping businesses improve employee wellbeing and adapt to organisational change. She is an experienced registered psychologist and trained mediator with a background in organisational psychology and commerce. Amanda is actively involved in the development of the EAP sector in Australia, and is currently on the executive of the Australasian peak body for Employee Assistance Programs (EAPAA). She is passionate about improving access to EAP services for all Australian workplaces.
Alexina is a highly regarded consulting psychologist, management consultant and accredited workplace trainer (International Critical Incident Stress Foundation). She has over 25 years’ experience providing critical incident and trauma response, workplace support, and a range of psychological services to community members and professionals. Alexina is the immediate past President of Crisis Intervention and Management Australasia (CIMA), and has been involved in proactive stress awareness projects associated with large community events such as the 2004 Tsunami and the 2009 Victorian bush fires.
Neoma is a registered psychologist and a Psychology Board-Approved Supervisor with extensive experience working in a variety of clinical settings. Neoma has dedicated over a decade to the provision of high end EAP counselling, Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and supervision. She has conducted supervision and training on a range of topics related to EAP, CISM, supervision, substance-abuse counselling and working with forensic clients. As the senior clinician for Caraniche at Work, Neoma ensures the Caraniche at Work team is abreast of current workplace trends and the latest evidence-based best practice in EAP delivery, and is providing high quality clinical services.
Kayleigh is a registered Clinical Psychologist and skilled trainer and facilitator. She has expertise in a range of therapeutic services and workplace contexts, and has worked extensively in the design and implementation of Peer Support Programs that build internal capacity to respond to workplace mental health and wellbeing issues. She also has experience in the delivery of Critical Incident Stress management (CISM) including psychological first-aid, defusing, debriefing, trauma management and follow up counselling and support.
