Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Jacinta has been an active part of the evolution of Caraniche’s EAP services in Australia. She has extensive experience developing and delivering psychological programs, and is attuned to the changing needs of workplaces across Australia. Jacinta also has extensive expertise in forensic substance abuse treatment and correctional systems. As the Managing Director of Caraniche for the past decade, Jacinta has raised Caraniche’s profile as a pre-eminent psychology and workplace wellbeing company.

Amanda has spent over a decade helping businesses improve employee wellbeing and adapt to organisational change. She is an experienced registered psychologist and trained mediator with a background in organisational psychology and commerce. Amanda is actively involved in the development of the EAP sector in Australia, and is currently on the executive of the Australasian peak body for Employee Assistance Programs (EAPAA). She is passionate about improving access to EAP services for all Australian workplaces.

Bianca is a registered psychologist, with experience working across clinical and organisational contexts. Through her work in the private sector and in community mental health settings, she has developed skills in assessment, report writing, project work, supervision, training, and group program facilitation and counselling to address a range of mental health and organisational issues. Bianca’s interests lie in people in the workplace, coupled with experience in EAP counselling, coaching, psychometric assessment for selection and leadership development, competency-based interview assessment, Critical Incident Debriefing, Manager Support, and training facilitation. Bianca’s passion, to put it broadly, is to support people, build their capacity and resilience, and facilitate their development to optimise both personal and organisational outcomes. Currently, she works as the Caraniche at Work Operations Lead where she leads the people, performance, processes and operations of workplace services and training.

Kayleigh is a registered Clinical Psychologist and skilled trainer and facilitator. She has expertise in a range of therapeutic services and workplace contexts, and has worked extensively in the design and implementation of Peer Support Programs that build internal capacity to respond to workplace mental health and wellbeing issues. She also has experience in the delivery of Critical Incident Stress management (CISM) including psychological first-aid, defusing, debriefing, trauma management and follow up counselling and support.

Rujuta has worked in the mental health environment for over 8 years. Through her experience in the private as well as not for profit sector, she developed her skills in contracts and stakeholder management, organisational data management and reporting, process mapping and has contributed to the strategic development of the business.
