Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Jacinta has been an active part of the evolution of Caraniche’s EAP services in Australia. She has extensive experience developing and delivering psychological programs, and is attuned to the changing needs of workplaces across Australia. Jacinta also has extensive expertise in forensic substance abuse treatment and correctional systems. As the Managing Director of Caraniche for the past decade, Jacinta has raised Caraniche’s profile as a pre-eminent psychology and workplace wellbeing company.
Alana is a registered psychologist who has been working with Caraniche for over ten years. Alana has held a variety of roles including working as a clinician conducting assessments, and delivering a range of treatments to both individuals and groups, as well as supervising a large clinical team as a Senior Psychologist. Alana has also worked as a Project Lead for Department of Health funded workforce training, developing both training packages and sessions. Alana also regularly provides training in other areas including; Motivational Interviewing, AOD training, Supervision Skills, Managing Challenging Behaviours, and Case Notes and Documentation.
Jen has over a decade of experience in the not for profit and private sector, predominantly in alcohol and other drugs and more recently in youth homelessness. Holding relevant qualifications, Jen’s skill set includes managing teams and working with clients from diverse backgrounds with complex needs. Jen is extremely passionate about supporting practitioners in their own professional development to ensure a high standard of service delivery to clients.
Tracie has been with Caraniche at Work for 5 years with over 20 years previous experience in delivering customer service, products and business solutions, predominantly in the HR and affiliated sectors. She is a strong advocate for consistency in delivery and the benefits of robust processes and people in supporting positive outcomes for customers, clients and the Caraniche at Work team. Away from work, Tracie can wax lyrical about the therapeutic benefits of gardening, cooking, shared friends’ experience and a good book.
Brigitte has a long history as a clinician and senior manager at the Department of Justice, as well as experience consulting with KPMG. Brigitte has led major change programs at the MRC and in the women’s prison system and brings a wealth of experience to our team.
