Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Jacinta has been an active part of the evolution of Caraniche’s EAP services in Australia. She has extensive experience developing and delivering psychological programs, and is attuned to the changing needs of workplaces across Australia. Jacinta also has extensive expertise in forensic substance abuse treatment and correctional systems. As the Managing Director of Caraniche for the past decade, Jacinta has raised Caraniche’s profile as a pre-eminent psychology and workplace wellbeing company.
Alana is a registered psychologist who has been working with Caraniche for over ten years. Alana has held a variety of roles including working as a clinician conducting assessments, and delivering a range of treatments to both individuals and groups, as well as supervising a large clinical team as a Senior Psychologist. Alana has also worked as a Project Lead for Department of Health funded workforce training, developing both training packages and sessions. Alana also regularly provides training in other areas including; Motivational Interviewing, AOD training, Supervision Skills, Managing Challenging Behaviours, and Case Notes and Documentation.
Lauren is a registered Clinical Psychologist who has worked at Caraniche for over 10 years. Lauren has experience in clinical service delivery in both individual and group settings, and has worked across a range of sectors including; forensic AoD, community AoD, general private practice and EAP. Lauren currently oversees the clinical operations of the Caraniche at Work service, which includes management of the clinical service delivery team, customer liaison and support, and specialised clinical service delivery.
Carly has been working in the mental health sector for 8 years after completing her Bachelor in Psychological Science. Throughout this time she has gained experience in triage and assessment, including risk assessment and applying psychological first aid as required. Carly is also a trained debrief/Critical Incident Response facilitator. As the Client Services Team Leader, Carly ensures the daily operations of our Intake Team run smoothly, while also working with our Clinical Manager and General Manager to meet our customers’ needs and assist them in supporting their staff.
Brigitte has a long history as a clinician and senior manager at the Department of Justice, as well as experience consulting with KPMG. Brigitte has led major change programs at the MRC and in the women’s prison system and brings a wealth of experience to our team.
