What is an Employee Assistance Program?

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a short-term, solution-focussed referral and counselling service available to you through your workplace.

It’s a confidential and professional service that aims to identify and resolve both workplace and personal issues that you may be experiencing. The EAP is funded by your workplace and is provided at no cost to you. The service is provided independently of your workplace, to ensure your confidentiality.
